This looks really enchanting... although, It's hard to tell from the preview images / comments... but does getting into the home area of this require traveling thru two loading screens or is the house interior and exterior cave all part of the same cel (with no loading)? >_<;

An interesting idea, I must say. Plus, yours has water falls! Where did you get such resources from!? They don't look like anything I've ever seen in-game.
Actually, it was originally made by Texian and Godhugh for Oblivion, I've simply converted and adapted them to FO3. @Lucas1103 Very nice & unique feel in your mini paradise! Thank you for sharing. :)

From the pictures it looks as if the lightning is rather "cool", warmer lights especially near the bedding area usually make a place more cozy.
