I'm keen on the idea of lore friendly player homes. One thing that you don't see a lot of in Fallout 3 are places where survivors of the Great War holed up and made a base. What I'm trying to do here is create a home that looks like it was forged AFTER the war, but by somebody who was not the player-- just sort of an insane doomsday survivor.
Included are two files, don't run them together. They are both the same except one includes a unique weapon called Castle Law, which won't work properly unless you download Floydman1's Scoped Hunting Rifle mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/5640
