only thing that comes to mind for that to happen is somehow the mod didn't load at all ... either not checked in your load order, or FOSE is not installed correctly ..
I installed this mod in the hope of correcting a known problem with clothes. I go with my partner Clover, open the menu, click scan. A message appears that the scan has been completed, well, I think it's good. I turn around to look at my Clover, and she's walking in her dress and without a weapon. I open her inventory, but it's empty. I'm sorry, but your mod doesn't fit me. Let it be as it is.
It's mentioned in the description that it will mess with your companions .. the solution to that is leave them in a different cell / at home, go to where you need to run the scan, then go back and get them.
Y This mod saved my life, I don't know why it happened to me that some npcs didn't have clothes if I didn't install any texture mods, only FOSE, but this FIXED it or fixes it, but how can I make this happen? So that this does not affect my colleagues? Why do I usually use them to carry heavy objects like the MIRV or cerboarmor and they don't disappear? . By the way, good mod, I loved it, thank you 👌👍👍👍👍
It works fine and you can say it is a must have if you*re using F3 Redesigned. Thanks for this
Any suggestiona how you can save the Outfits of your companions? If i understood correctly, you gva to run the script every time you enter a new cell and discover a NPC with missing outfit - which means every time this happens, the outfit of my companions goes BOOM?
Only way i found is to strip my companion naked before rnning the script (wenn the companion-mod allows it) or to do an autotravel to another cell after seeing a NPC without clothes, leaving my companion there (or at home base in Megaton), going back, starting the scan, stopping it wenn the NPC has clothers again, then autotravel to the companion an go on...
Your companions would only be affected if they pass the same 'naked' check as all other NPCs ... missing all 4 of the body pieces. Unless they're using some strange slots for their clothing, Upperbody should at least be in use, which is the main slot most clothing is attached to, so they would be considered clothed and not get reset.
The easiest way to check is to make a save then just run the script while standing around all of your companions. The check is also specifically humans only.
It's likely possible to make it check for companions and do something specific for them, but until I have more time at my main rig, it'll be a while before / if anything new get done with this.
This is super handy. Thanks.I find this issue all the time when I am testing load orders and from your description we probably do the same thing. I am always adding new items or changing something about an NPC that I no longer like.
If you ever look to expand it might be cool to have a feature that is single target only. Hover mouse over NPC and initiate the script on that npc only. Not sure if its possible with FOSE but either way this is a perma tool for myself.
It's possible, without fose even. Finding a reasonably safe, reliable and 'user friendly' way to implement it might be a bit tricky though. Some ideas have already come to mind, but before I can do anything about them, I actually have to take the time to break something again, and right now, I just wanna play.
I totally understand. I keep wanting to 'play' too and then I find something I don't like or another conflict and then spend all my time trying to fix or improve something. One day I swear I am going to just ignore 'issues' and play straight through the game.

Hope it worked well otherwise.
Also please read the previous post.

Cheers, and thanks!
Thanks again for the mod.
