      I'm 2 years late, but... You'll crash if you're using the win xp or win 7 compatibility option for the .exe and reshade at the same time.

   Be careful with this. This -> https://reshade.me is a tool that is usually supposed to be used on a clean install. It's used on other games like PUBG and first-person shooters. It's Not compatible with all dynamic shaders and enb's from nexus. Use this at your own risk.

   This has nothing to do with your preset... Just wanted to point out how unrealistic Flora Overhaul (dead edition looks). I used to use it all the time, but if you look at your first screen shot, you can see how over sized the trees are, in certain areas.
   
   Nice preset btw.

   WinRAR says the file is damaged or an unknown format. How big is the .ini? Maybe you could just paste it somewhere?
   
   EDIT: 7zip opened it.

    The file can not be unpacked. Error stating this file does not appear to be a valid compressed file.
