During the Anchorage simulation, don't bother to "reverse pickpocketing" all kind of items on General Jingwei to get his suit and/or hat. Check the footlockers in Outcasts' Armory, after finishing the simulation.
Yes and no. It's a heavily modified version of cut-content Wanda with textures from Anchorage DLC. Try it. You won't regret it. It's probably the best assault rifle from the entire (vanilla) game.
I can do it myself, but it's too bad you don't make a patch for it... to work with the awesome Weapons Enhanced mod. Those are some really nice textures. I won't play my game without them. ^^

I didn't figure it out which one you are talking about. 2.The Anchorage clean texture for Assault Rifle isn't clean or nice enough for you? It looks very nice to me. Besides, FG Wanda is unique, no need for additional "cool" textures for it. The vanilla Anchorage texture is part of "her" uniqueness. Install it after your "Weapons Enhanced mod". As I said before, FG Wanda is probably the best Assault Rifle in the entire (vanilla) game.
