I used this mod back in 2008 when I first started playing FO3. Just downloaded it again for my fresh install. It's simple mod that was a key part to my original playthrough. Thanks!

I see the names, but for some reason people are running around naked. I figured out it was this mod, but I have no clue why it would be. Maybe it has something to do with the NPC Height Randomizer mod I just installed at the same time as this one, but I don't know why that would be conflicting.

EDIT: I apologize, I ran across the problem with your mod disabled. So, it must be the height mod interfering with my body mods or something, but I will endorse as soon as I can. Thank you.

EDIT: Actually I think it is this mod lol. All the Megaton settlers clothes have dissapeared from their inventory, but not their bodies. So, whenever the area is reloaded, all the people are naked. I think its this mod because I seem to be only having this problem with the Megaton settlers.

    Suggestion:

Since you are not happy with the names for the children of the atom, I thought, I'd make a suggestion. Why not name them after their prophets? Pick names from important scientists and figures in the history of nuclear research.
    Examples:
    J. J. Thomson
    Lise Meitner
    Otto Hahn
    Otto Robert Frisch
    Herbert L. Anderson
    Eugene T. Booth
    Leslie Groves
    J. Robert Oppenheimer
    John R. Dunning
    Lyman James Briggs
    G. Norris Glasoe
    Francis G. Slack
    Niels Bohr
    Isidor Isaac Rabi
    Willis Lamb
    James Chadwick
    Wernher von Braun
    Fritz Strassmann
    Albert Einstein
    Ernest Rutherford
    John Cockcroft
    Ernest Walton
    Hans Geiger
    Ernest Marsden
    Mark Oliphant
    Franco Rasetti
    Walther Bothe
    Werner Heisenberg
    Kurt Diebner
    Herbert L. Becker
    Emilio Segrè
    Samuel Cohen
    Maria Sklodowska-Curie
    Irène Joliot-Curie
    Frédéric Joliot-Curie
    Dmitri Ivanenko
    Enrico Fermi
    Leó Szilárd
    Igor Kurchatov

Or maybe some of the (in)famous areas atomic energy were released/researched could lend their names?
Hiroshima, Ohrdruf, Nagasaki, Alamogordo, Nevada, Los Alamos, Chernobyl, Atol Bikini <img class=">

    mabe it helps...

EDIT: Just saw, that AncientGeezer made a similar suggestion:
"An alternative to naming the Children of the Atom after atom related things would be to name the Children after pioneers in the field of nuclear power."

Think you should give a list of names on the description to save people downloding if they find one or two that they hate

Great idea naming all the anonomys NPCs.

Try checking out Oasis - the dialog with the Tree God changes his displayed name. Maybe you can copy that?

"The concept of giving each NPC a unique name is good. However, consider the fact that you wouldn't know someones name just because they passed you on the street. If someone could code a mod that added an introduction option to everyone then showed a generic name until they introduced themselves that would add to the realism of the game. Baring that possibility either approach is acceptable, either giving each NPC a unique name or leaving genericly named NPCs generic."

I haven't tested it out, but I know for sure that your idea is completely possible in Oblivion, and, most likely fallout. I'll Gladly look into doing that once I finish eliminating (Most) of those pesky unnamed characters.

Also, check out my uploads for a underworld version.

I have the next version ready, one that renames all of the "Wastelanders" who you meet out in the wasteland, however, its going to be a b*@#! to test, so I'm going to wait for a bit until I come across one of the encounters.

Also, do post your opinion on the Children of the Atom names, still not totally sure I like those.
