Vendors will have their amount of caps gradually increased, based on the player level. They will also sell more ammo.

Not included in CivisRomanus Unofficial Fallout 3 Fixes.
Place it after Fixes.

Vendors will have their amount of caps gradually increased, based on the player level. Works pretty much like in New Vegas.
All vendors from the main game and DLCs (incl. scavengers and traders) will be affected.
They will not have tens of thousands of caps for buying your stuff - this is overkill, plain and simple.
Wait 3 days to have their stocks re-spawned (obsolete in ver. 1.1)
This mod was thoroughly tested.

Bonus:
They will sell more ammo. See Lucky Harith's inventory at player level 17.
Useful if you don't take Scrounger perk.
Tip: A great source of income with this mod could be the Dart Guns.

New in version 1.1
1. You don't have to wait 3 days to have vendors' stocks re-spawned. It will be done in ~10s, if you finished the quest "Escape!".
Wait for the message and you're good to go.
2. x50 less strain on scripts processing.
3. Fix for Joe Porter's merchant container having ownership set to Uncle Roe.
4. Fix for Grandma Sparkle having extremely small amount of caps for trading.
5. Fix for Grandma Sparkle not having (properly) set her merchant container.
6. Grandma Sparkle will have a key to "Grandma's Cooler" in her inventory.
7. Fix for Eclair's merchant container running VendorMegatonBrassLanternSCRIPT on it just because it can.
