took a bit if time, but i finely figured out how to add caps without messing with the inventory's, as some mods do add stuff directly into the inventory's of vendors i wanted to avoid conflicts.
yes i know there are a few vendor cap mods out there, but most give an outrageous amount of caps, and dont work because there is 32k limit hard wired into the game.
anything over that wont work right. this adds 30k caps to all vendors in the wasteland, sure you will have to visit more than one if you got a lot of stuff to get rid of, but at least with this you will get your money.
and you may need to do the 3 day wait/sleep thing to get it to show right.
works on the DLC vendors as well.
