   Thanks a lot for the guide. The instructions are so obvious and clear anyone can do it all you need is a legit copy of Fallout New Vegas. The armor looks simply beautiful. Thanks again for the great mod.

   ok so i translated everything and i need fallout new vegas plus fallout 3 and extract some files how do i do that i dont know how to use fomm or anything

      its rather simple it just takes a little bit of time. download fomm, pick fallout new vegas, go to the bsa browser in "tools", press open, click on "fallout - meshes.bsa" and "fallout - textures.bsa",search up the names of the bsa file things(example, advancedpowerarmor), extract all of the files to a separate folder, and than put all of the files into there correct folders. i hope that helps.
