You need to give out Tetanus shots out with every download.

    :OOOO

Great idea! I hope author will continue working on this. I gonna track this file. Endorsed.

There's a lot of space for testing this mod with ENBs.

TTW basically uses the default files of Fo3? If so, I don't see why not. But the fusion with NV will present some discordances, I guess.

Not in my plans at the moment... but since I don't like NV atmosphere at all (but I would like to play it again for the Obsidian touch...) maybe one day I'll make something similar for the Mojave...

This might be 1 of the best mods on the nexus guys, 1 it fits the game better than default or any other texture pack out there Hands down,
with ENB or Reshade its great, some presets from Skyrim SE fit fallout perfectly, improves performance quite a bit i got ten frames
thank you for this great mod

It looks pretty good but it decays everything.. even faces!

Yes, if a face is dirty, now it's more dirty. But you can always choose to not use the Character package anyway...

If you see something REALLY bad looking (like the underworld doors) please report. I have a mesh problem on the dirty pre-war businesswear... no one else?

    Edit 11/7
Found. All the 1950 style clothes and the Antagonizer suit have wrong mipmaps. Will update a fix after a deeper check.

    Edit 11/29
Update complete. In future, maybe a fix for those low res textures...
    Cheers!

This looks great! Would you mind elaborating on the filtering process you used to get this look? It reminds me of old PS1/PS2 survival horror games.

Also, would you mind posting some screenshots of the retextured creatures, weapons, and armor? I'll probably use this alongside the "dead" Flora Overhaul and TheOutbreak's "Silent Hell" weathers in my next playthrough.

The filter(s) is very simple, and works on outlines and details; dosing the process for every situation is the key.
I've added a screenshot where you can see a Brother in armor, will add some creatures, if no one contribute sooner.
I did not feel the need to process the weapons.

These look very nice and I'm thinking about using them as a base, but is there any chance of a 2K or 4K version coming? I sat down to play around with ENB's the last couple days in preparation for a Let's Play, and I couldn't believe how often I preferred the vanilla look to many of the ENB's out there, so finally I just settled on Fellout, and the Directors Chair mods and am looking for textures that stick close to vanilla but just look sharper.

What my work basically does is intensifying the original texture details using one or more graphic filters. I don't know if they look sharper... surely more dark, harsh, rough. I can't modify the resolution though.

I cannot highly HIGHLY, enough recommend Director's Chair by Gopher as a viable low performance cost ENB substitute, I had my doubts for quite a while but after running it I'm sold that man's a genius - I'm gonna try running your textures with my current Obscurum installation - I believe they were made for each other.

Although to be honest the MOST extreme graphical impact I've ever seen imo is a combination of Director's Chair and The Outbreaks Duststorm - Feel like your in The Road Warrior flick on a bad day :O

Thank you for the hints! These textures and Obscurum? Happy, creepy marriage I presume.

I knew only about the "IMAGINATOR", and since I wasn't satisfied "Goodbye Blue Sky" saw the light. Director's Chair is far superior indeed and I will try to put it over SoD to compare... because I still feel that controlling the lights from the weather fallout system gives more interesting results, with a lot more work though. What I'm trying to achieve with "State of Decay" and "Goodbye Blue Sky" is surely nothing new... but I still can't see the same effect elsewhere. My hardware limits affect all this heavily... or better, those limits are the starting point of these mods.

I'm running your textures with a modified version of 'Silent Hell' from The Outbreak's weather pack with the 'Old Vignette' effect from Director's Chair - all I can say is WOW - looks like a classic horror movie with some subtle grain effect and sepia/vignette - AWESOME - and my best compliment to you is that I DON'T notice your textures while I'm running them because they fit this theme perfectly - They look as if they belong there in Obscurum.

      Thx good job : )

Thanks, a lot! Compliments for this mod in 2017 are unespected. And wow, wow... your filter/mods combinations are really interesting. "TheOutbreaks Wasteland Moods Series" looks really cool! There's even a nice and funny tutorial... Chapeau.
