Changed companions KO effect to fixed 10min duration with low health and conditions on recovery. This is to prevent them from being too overpowered due to being essential.

Clover has been given a makeover and dialogue option added to remove slave collar (Science skill 50 required). With slave collar removed she can be dismissed to the Muddy Rudder instead of Eulogy's Pad and references to Eulogy removed.
All companions can be dismissed to your Megaton or Tenpenny house if you have the key to them
Changed Dogmeats knockdown chance to only work on targets below 500 base HP and other various fixes and improvements to dialogue, AI packages and scripts etc.
