First of all i want to tell you that I love your mods in general but especially the style - the wickedness - of this one. I have two questions: 1) which 1st person models do your weapons use? The Vanilla versions would be absolutely fine (at least for me) I am just asking because when I opened up the file in GECK the entry looked empty and I am not sure if I accidentially broke that (happens if I touch the texture/mesh buttons) or... erm... there were none since these are meant as weapons for antagonists/allies (depending on the players karma level) only or its due to your clean up with FO3Edit and theres no need to bother at all. 2) is there an easy way for a non skilled modder to get the pipboy icons of the items to match better with the Vanilla pics? Like having the hunting rifle icon for your The Surgeon and so on. I dont mind if the icons arent as unique as these awesome weapons...since the package is outstanding enough in game. All the weapons use the 1st person textures and can be used by the player. The 1st person model is not necessary since 3rd person model uses 1st person textures too. Making icons is easy with the right tools but I am very lazy for making icons You can use GIMP for modifying or creating new textures, as long as you have the plugin to open .dds files.

If I have a mod that already adds and randomizes new gear to the regulators can I use this to add more or will they conflict does this add to the leveled lists or is it a straight replacer?

This mod is pretty cool though I have some things to say. 1 For the images of the weapons that was a nice try of making one on your own but I mean you could just change it to one of the normal ones like this one https://goo.gl/Lzqw2G . 2 The weapons have alright concepts but I do not see much use to them since they cannot be used as melee weapons and the pistol is just .32 pistol with a knife on it and the rifle is just a hunting rifle with a bone saw maybe if you made them more special like maybe add some sort of graphic to it like a quote at the end of the barrel and for the pistol maybe have it look engraved. 3 I love the mask but I don't feel like every regulator would be wearing it or should be wearing it and that is about all of the criticizing I can do ( with this mod ) since the rest of this mod is fairly well made.
Just to clear this out of the way I am in no way of being able to create a mod like this since I have no experience in modding but I feel like I should tell the creators of their mods some flaws and some ways to improve it. I like this mod a lot but I feel like I should uninstall it since the weapons given to me are worse than any of my current weapons ( most of them are mods anyways ) and that I don't like that every regulator wears a mask like the leader of them as you would expect that person to be unmasked. I hope this helps you in making future mods or help you improve on this current mod.
Hello: I just wanted to give the Regulators a unique appareance. I am not interested in create hardened armors or overpowered weapons for this faction and less for the player. There are better mods in Nexus that add new weapons and armors to be used by the player.
