   Yeah really buggy in fact. Impossible to enter Springvale school01 cell without having 1 FPS at best. Then it modifies also GermanTown Commisary, and few other cells that I haven't tested yet, but fell like it'll be as buggy as Springvale School. Uninstalled, because unplayable.

   This one is buggy.
   
   Must load after DLC, even though listed FO3 esm as its only master, but before UFOP master, otherwise CTD.
   
   When worked, floating objects in the school.

   Glad to see someone got some use out of it. I don't have the game installed any longer but I would love to check it out.
