Does this include all members of Lyons' pride (With the exception of those that are supposed to die, like Reddin and Jennings)? Mostly asking for Colvin.
honestly I just created it to save wasting time messing around in the in-game console, to ensure side quests involving the characters can still be completed, and because of the relatively high chance of those NPCs dying at the close of the base game.
I might be able to make a settlement of some form, but I guess you haven't seen the BoS DC Ruins Patrols mod by dragontwosix? It adds BoS patrols around the Wasteland (just like the Outcast ones.) I'll add a link below for you...
