One observation though... instead of Nixon, you should have had a picture of Roosevelt, or Truman... based on the timeline for Fallout 3. Other than that, it really is great.
You should have started a new comment, as this thread is 2 years old, at least. Yes, you can use this with other main menu mods... just get the over-writes the way you want them. Good luck.

He is also very anti-Communist and pro-American. It just seemed appropriate.
The loading screen images all have unique file names within the game files.
It's just a simple case of overwriting my files with another's. (Basically as the user above me said!).
