I just wanted to clarify a few things so there is no misunderstanding. 1) My daughter had the idea to turn this place into somewhere livable for RTS. 2) She did not see the final product. 3) The pictures are NOT mine so they will NOT appear in the mod itself. 4) All this controversy about the pictures and yet some gamers think nothing of it to have their character run around in enormous boob armor. 5) If I had known this was going to cause such a s***-storm, I would have kept the mod to myself. As such, if this continues, I'll just delete the thing and forget it.
And here we have a prime example of why we lose more and more mod authors every day, while members of the community who contribute nothing continue to get more and more annoyed with the dwindling content and quality of what content there is.
I, for one, applaud your efforts here, Crowlotus. You've obviously put a great deal of effort into this, and it really doesn't matter in the slightest if your images feature scantily clad females or not. That's clearly not a feature of the mod but rather of your own personal game, and everyone here should have common sense enough to figure that out.
You just keep on sharing your work and improving your skill with the GECK. It's a pretty nifty tool, once you get the hang of it, and you seem to have gotten off to a good start. Thanks for sharing your work. Downloaded and endorsed, despite probably not using it any time soon, just to spite the trolls in the comments section.
Very late reply but could not agree more seems like a good place for RTS, personal taste is different for everyone i know how much free time projekts like this takes, and its never nice to get s*** after spending countless hours, if someone has a problem with girls in bikini and obviously lacks the skills to read, ignore them, it just proves the got drop t in the head to many times and need to enter this century,
You know, after all this time I came back to check my mod. I have about eight mods I was going to release but this mod ALWAYS changes my mind. No matter what you put in the description, people are going to rag you. There was no comment about how it looked or how much time I put into it. It was about the posters :( For those idiots, namely @NIAYF and 777777777, you need to RTHFM! The pictures will change due to your own settings!
And the comment below is why I've kept my mods to myself. If the person had cared to read the description, he/she would have seen the retexture changes with each individual's replacers. As it happens, when I created this mod, that was my old posters replacer. And since so many people were taken aback by the posters, I have removed any pictures that would show them.
I have another mod replacing Fort Bannister but after the controversy surrounding this one, I don't know if I should upload it or not. It is part of my "Taking Back" series.
I know. Lol. I used a replacer and forgot about it when I was making the mod. Like I stated in the description, gameplay will change according to your textures. As for the women, she didn't see the pictures while I was doing this. She only helped by deciding what needed to be replaced. If it offends anyone, I can always change out the textures and repost them again.
So I will assume that the NavMesh is the same as the original cell since this is your first mod uploaded? If so no biggy - but it is honestly super easy to learn how to do.
Yes it is unfortunately. Being GECK illiterate, I am "trying" to understand the program but failing miserably. I have yet to figure out how to keep deleted objects from being "ghosts". Wondering if I should even bother with submitting my other mods. Lol!
Gotta start somewhere in the modding area, I started with textures. Best advice for learning things though is to just spend time googling what you need/want to know, when you have the time of course. NavMeshing was one of the first things I learned to do due to it making it so NPCs actually walk around/appear in custom cells or even walk around newly placed items inside an existing cell correctly. It is a quick one to learn.
On a side note will probably download this, NavMesh it and then use it inside of my conversion mod seeing as I am lazy when it comes to cleaning up cells. Best of luck with learning your way around the GECK though and happy modding!

One of the steps in cleaning a mod in FO3Edit is to restore deleted references and mark them disabled.
Deleting the vanilla game assets is one of the causes of an unstable mod.
How would I go about doing that? I am still leaning how to do this and this is my first mod ever. Well, first one I have published anyway. Any help would be appreciated in "perfecting" this mod.
Download and install FO3Edit. Choose the version you want to use from the download page. Since I have an old system and FO3 is an old game, I use version 3_0_15 http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/637/?

Download and install Fallout3 Training Manual for FO3Edit. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8629/?
Make sure you read the manual before you start to use FO3Edit.
RTFM!
When I use FO3Edit, I usually open the manual in another window so that I can easily reference it. However you choose to use FO3Edit, RTFM.
