Sometimes, when unequipping the knife, I lose my knife and am stuck with the "Combat Knife (Reverse Grip)" in my inventory. Equipping this crashes my game.
I've uploaded a new version that doesn't use any scripting. This should hopefully resolve the issue, as it's just a simple new weapon/new mesh addition.
