Anyone looking for the baseID for the ammo/rifle(for repairs) just put everything but the rifle and knives somewhere otherwise NOT in your inventory, open the console, type inv and hit enter. It'll tell you there.
edit: You do have to have both for this method. Though you could extrapolate the rifle's ID based on the ammo's.
