This is a very cool mod. I use the IMCN survival mod and always have to rely on mirelurk eggs for food early in the game when I’m always broke. It’s great that an element of danger is added :)
Like others I experienced a framerate drop when I happened upon an area with lots of eggs and 20 or so hatchlings came after me (like near Springvale school). Game’s still completely playable so not such a big deal.
I’ve found that pulling out any knife and swinging wildly takes them all out quickly.
I suppose I hadn't considered there might be areas where as many as 20 might spawn. Perhaps I should have placed only a maximum of 2 eggs per clutch instead of three.
This MOD is Amazing!!!!! but Im having issues with the FPS. Sometimes the game gets very laggy. Can you do another for low end PCs please, I really like this modification. Regards!!!
There must be a way to fix FPS loss? Its a neat mod I really like, but even on a few hatchlings there seems to be loss of FPS? Something must be causing this that could be optimized?
I really liked this and went ahead and endorsed it, but either I have a mod conflict or something is off with it, where the egg clutches spawned around 30 or more of these things. It was way too many and killed my fps.

If so, please, send me in pm. I wasl always wondering how people playing hardcore stuff eating eggs and etc
I often thought that it was a missed opportunity not having the creepy looking egg piles do anything other than produce Hatchling meat.
This adds an extra danger to being around Mirelurks & thus a bit more fun.
I like that it's a nice compact no nonsense implementation too.
Thank-you kindly for sharing this with us, Endorsed!
