Ports EVE's FNV grenade and mine explosion to Fallout 3!

INTRODUCTION
I've always hated FO3's vanilla frag explosions so when EVE came out for FNV i was excited and happy for the new and improved effects.I recently came back to FO3 and its bland explosions and just couldn't take it anymore.I was surprised no one besides one guy has done this which is the mini-nuke explosion from EVE.
WHAT
Changes the grenade and frag mine explosions to EVE's,it also increases the power of the explosions radius,damage,etc.Also it will always knock down anyone caught near the shock wave.
HOW
Just download the one you want with a manager or download manually.If your doing it manually then just drag everything into the data folder.
