Ports EVE's FNV grenade and mine explosion to Fallout 3! :D

INTRODUCTION
Fallout 3 really needs love in the explosion department, so this was born.
WHAT
Changes the vanilla visual effects of frag grenade and mine explosions to EVE's, it also increases the overall radius, damage, and adds a little neat feature that causes anyone near the explosion to be knocked down because grenades aren't made out of confetti. But for those that may find it overwhelming you can download the optional file which only contains the visual changes. One more thing, I'm well aware that the values may be set a little to high, you can modify it with F03Edit if need be.
HOW
Just download the one you want with a manager or download it manually. If you prefer to do it manually then unzip and drag everything into the data folder and activate the esp.

I want to clarify that i didn't create any of these effects! This is a small piece of EVE's effects that i ported from NV to FO3. All credits go to the people who developed that mod like weijiesen. Original mod here EVE - Essential Visual Enhancements, also the fire you see in the video is not vanilla I'm using this mod here HD Smoky Fire and Explosions for FO3. Feel free to ask any questions.
