i instaled the file and tryed to enter the vault but the door is still locked. im prety shure that i instaled it correctly. or the load oerder isnt right ? any help? maybe recap the instal steps just to be shure. thanks.
Interesting thing... I tried this out today, and there's NO ONE in the vault. I haven't done "Trouble on the Home Front", so I'd guess that once you leave the vault, until then, there's no one home. The radroaches do respawn, so I did get to fight some more roaches as well as do a better job looting the place.
