Actually came back to ask you if you would upload a 2k version. I'd like to add this mod to my guide and a 2k option would be helpful for users with older rigs.
I don't know how to add this mod to make it work. Fallout Mod Manager didn't load it, manual addition also didn't help every time I have a standard version from the basic game. :/
It might have something to do with the game being in other languages than English. Look ate the folder structure. But I can't confirm, I don't play FO3 anymore.
Doing another run and had this same problem - the issue is likely that you're using a controller. The mod only installs the textures in \Fallout 3\Data\textures\pipboy3000\PC, but Fallout3 has a separate location for pipboy textures if you're using a controller. You'll have to copy the .dds files into Fallout 3\Data\textures\pipboy3000\xbox\<your game language>, then they'll show up.
But I think the numbers on the Geiger counter are incorrect, right? The multiplier on the original was x100, so it should go up to 1000 as opposed to 100. Just thought I'd mention.
Hey does anyone know what mod is being used to change the actual font of the pip boy in the screenshots? It looks like the Readuis mod but that changes the pip boy into a PDA thing, I want a regular pip boy with the font as displayed here
I believe it's from Vanilla UI Plus, a mod that's hosted on a website different from Nexus. It's a pretty comprehensive UI improvement, while leaving the vanilla look unchanged. The exception to this is that you can optionally download a Pip-Boy font that matches that of the original isometric Fallout games. Hands down the best pipboy mod, I always get SPECIFICALLY this one, or it just doesn't feel the same. I love the lined textures you put on the buttons, probably my favorite bit :]
Really, really good! I love it! but the uncompressed Version don´t work with no reason (and even have no preview after the Download - unlike he compressed Version and other Retextures) :/ It´s just black ingame D: How can i fix it?
And do you take requests?^^ Maybe a Black 4k Pipboy would be nice :D or a more advanced Version of the PipBoy :D
