I have released a version where the complete decay of Confesor Cromwell takes two months(60 days). Feral Confesor health has been increased, so he will be harder to beat. He may kill some settlers near the bomb if you are not fast enough. Enjoy.
You probably don't understand what the great Atom gave us. It is a gift from Him to us believers who bathe in His glow daily. This gift circulates in our veins, passing through every atom of our body until it is released in the Great Division. You, unbeliever, have created an instrument of your destruction, feel the great power of the Atom!!!
you know what the best thing in a zombie apocalypse (him going feral in this adaption)? you can shoot all those irritating assholes without landing in jail!
Actually he doesn't decay because children of atom are virtually immune to radiation, otherwise how would they be able to live in the glowing sea in Fallout 4?
I was wondering if I could post a Tale of Two Wastelands conversion of this mod? As far as I know, no one has posted a conversion of this mod yet. And it is a really cool mod. I would love to host the conversion of it.
Pretty cool work here, sadly I am now using TTW so shall have to wait for a compatibility patch. The various stages of ghloudom is a cool idea and maybe some partially ghoulified resident's for underworld would make a good side by side mod for this as well.
Then again maybe Cromwell is just a human hating Synth gone rogue whom want's to lead as many human's to there radioactive demise as he can and has logically concluded that a cult though much slower acting can kill more even than bomb's and gun's.
But who need's a Synth when you can have an insane radioactive cult leader, there actually is one in NV but he is a kind of a good guy in the process of turning into a glowing one, he is called Jason Bright and I suppose Cromwell could be his opposite number back in the DC wasteland or perhaps another spin off of his cult, the Bright Followers and the Church of Atom and of course in the broken steel dlc you get to meet followers of the church of Atom who have turned an old basement into a monastery were they change people into ghoul's but for me the best BUT only hinted at ghoul cult is the evil one whom call the Dunwich building there home, hmm maybe the church of atom and the bright followers could be somehow related to that and the book - The Krivbeknih from point lookout could be somehow tied into this if you decided to write a plot based quest line for it, that book apparently also changed some people into ghoul's or at least it did Jamie's father and then Jamie himself?. But who held the book before them perhaps it was non other than Jason Bright whom maybe was once a mamber of the monastery of the road whom had forgotten his original mission when the book had seduced him and it eventual destruction had finally released him and others whom became his followers as well as other ghouls' who he is now leading to try to make amends for the evil they did while under The Krivbeknih power but that would have to be a TTW based mod.
Very good analysis here, buddy. I always thought that children of the atom were a bunch of idiots that didnt know or didnt care about the danger of radiation and worship Atom in a form of a nuclear bomb. I thought that they eventually would died of cancer or would become ghouls for the continuous exposition to the radiation. But I was wrong. Another member explained me about the children of atom and their immunity to radiation. This would be the lore by Betehsda, but I didnt like such idea. This mod is just my version of what could happen. I have done about 5 or 6 quest mods and I wanted to rest for a while of quest mods and make simple events or stuff like this. I dont have Fallout NV and dont know much about it, but I've heard about Jason Bright the glowing one. I did always like very much the story of Jamie and Dunwich and I wish I could make a mod about him. Lets see. Thanks for your comments.
yeah this is in no way lore friendly. the children of atom are immune to radiation, proven by professor cromwells health and the children living in the glowing sea in FO4
That fits perfectly into a wicked Wasteland. The early Fallout Games had such weird twists and now it is back... this feeling that irreversible things are going to happen. Awesome.... cant wait to see the different stages. Thank you AmaccurzerO
I'm going to try this, seems like a little gem, and I had started a new game so it's perfect... The only thing I'm I little afraid is that I have the Crowded Cities mod wich adds some mercenaries, so when he becomes feral they may kill him before I even see it, but I'm not sure, would you know if he can take that much damage? Anayways I will still download and endorsed.
