If anyone has any problems, there should be a debug log that's generated whenever you run the program. Just post the last like 5-10 lines here to help me out with fixing stuff.

Also, current semi-complete list of missing audio files:
All of the Broken Steel Quest Dialogue.
All of the Broken Steel Player Stat references (Level 20+)
I believe the Level 20 references as well.
And 1 odd reference on some specific level, karma, and gender I can't remember this second.

Apparently 2.1.0.2 doesn't work on Windows XP... I don't know what I was expecting lmao, Works on 7 though. XP says it isnt a valid Win32 application.

Ok, somehow, It opened... NEAT! Done entirely sure how, but I used some stuff from github... After I got past "not valid Win32 application" It started wanting .net framework 4.8, which is apparently not available on xp... I do NOT recoment trying this..  but if you must, One Core Api 3.0.3

      Huh, that's kinda neat.
I didn't specifically spec this to run on a 64bit system, but typically for me Visual Studio stuff won't run on 32bit unless I specify that.

This is just amazing, and on top of being amazing, it doesn't crackle and stutter randomly like the game does lol.
    Thanks.

Exactly what I was looking for, almost perfectly so.

No tedious need to bother with installing 'Custom' or 'Enhanced' radio mods hoping they don't mess something up, and troubleshooting them if they do.  No need for 10+ steps of hair-pulling audio conversion (audio channel, bitrate, frequency, & decibel fiddling), naming, re-naming, and file-location confusion, etc.

Only caveat for me was very very minor & easily remedied. I just needed to remove or delete the original Fallout songs so it would play Only my custom chosen music between News.  Now I can either run it just prior to booting FO3, or install OneTweak (or some other BorderlessWindow/Alt+Tab Fix mod or program), either or both.

It might still be a tiny bit incomplete, but it's close enough that it's just peachy for me (and I can live without Dashwood, personally), lol.

Thanks a lot for the work on this program!  Absolutely Endorsed!

Hmm, I suppose that I could add in a custom music only mode.

    Hi,

how can I run it through with other languages spoken by Three Dog?

    Thanks in advance.

      Many years later...

I assume you would need to extract, and then convert the sound files for your language to mp3, and then copy those files into the /Assets/ folder path. Ensure the 'new' language files match the english language file names.

It's funny, I was debating whether to respond or not considering it was a few years old question.
But yes, this is essentially what you would need to do.

Only difficulty is that the in-game voice lines are broken up into several different files (as many as 10 sometimes). This is what causes ThreeDogs voice to occasionally stop playing during a load transition, because the current file has ended and it's waiting to play a new one. So you would need to take the time to sort through the various files and compile them into coherent mp3's.
