Is RH_IronSights required by this mod???
If it is, you should list it as a needed master.

Edit; Okay, been using TTW so a bit of a pain.
    Why duplicate the Megaton house?
Have to do some weight training to pick the rifle up. Sniper rifle not a minigun. You should add some weapon sounds to the file, check other mods to see what they used.
Add repairsniper even if you gave the gun a massive health boost. Also TTW listed the weapon as not using any type of ammo, either TTW thing or???

In fact, .44 magnum sniper rifle is not a bad idea for wasteland. It would lack range and armor penetration. However, it would be devastating against unarmored targets at shorter ranges. Majority of game targets fall in that category. And, one rarely gets to shoot beyond 100 meters in Fallout 3.

      I agree. Excellent observations.

Yeah, but this isn't .44 caliber, it's 44 mm. Not the same thing by a long shot. 44 mm is a freakin' CANNON! Remember, "bitches love cannons!" (been watching too much Hellsing Abridged)

Did the modder mean to do .44 caliber or 44 mm? If the latter, I'd suggest making the gun cannon sized to match the bullets. People will use it - I used a 25 mm cannon for almost a year before switching to the .50 caliber I currently use.

Well, if author meant 44mm, he should have created a vehicle to mount it. In fact that is what Fallout lacks - so called 'technicals'. 'Technical' is a pickup truck with heavy machine gun or AA cannon mounted on its back. Often used as low-tech fighting vehicle in Third World countries. I suppose wasteland warriors would scavenge old trucks and military bases to build such vehicles. Mad Max has them, too, sort of.

Now THAT would be a way cool mod - a jeep (or something) with a mounted cannon; you set the destination the same as fast travel, then the driver (an NPC for the game you hire... maybe your follower) drives the vehicle to the destination while you man the gun and spend the trip gunning down all the baddies coming out of the woodworks, drawn by the sound of the vehicle.
