If the d3d9.dll (enb binary) is causing CTD on startup for some odd reason, make sure your game launcher and fose_loader look like mine above under properties.
Do not run them as an admin or in compatibility mode.
it's a mesh conflict with ENB. Not just you, happens in NV as well with ENB. A modder needs to find the mesh and apply a fix. An author has been doing similar fixes for NV that would probably work for Fallout 3 too. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/71001?tab=description this mod should work for you
Hey, I need some help. I have too dark, as if without any post processing, finding the right angle triggers the enb. I don't know what it could be as I have used your enb before.
Just wanted to say how much I love this Preset. Didn't think FO3 could look this good. Many thanks for your hard work here. I don't even use the texture packs and the game still looks amazing with this preset.
Im having a problem when I go inside a building and i'm on first person mode, my pov is like being covered by the building walls, then when pull up my gun the thing that covered my screen is gone then when I holstered my gun something covered my screen again. This is a great ENB, but when I delete this enb and play it without it the problem is gone. Please, is there a way for me to fix this problem

Hard to tell without a screenshot or video. If you can find a way to show that/upload it somewhere with a link, that would go a long way.
Otherwise, only thing I can think of is an overlay program (like fraps, steam in-game overlay, shadowplay, medal, obs etc) causing issues or accidentally leaving hardware anti-aliasing/anisotropic filtering on in the game launcher (has to be turned off for ENB not to have ghosting/visual issues). It's step 4 in the installation in case you may have missed it.
Last thing I can think of is maybe a weather mod conflicting...but that's probably not as likely tbh.
Hey got Issue: CTD. Yes Start a game and here we go. Wanted to do the properies as the author did but: Picture is corrupted and doesnt load at all. Help
For some reason whenever I look around randomly a blue screen appears. I can see like action options such as talking and stuff, but I don't know hwo to fix this. Any ideas?
