   The Charisma bonus for the T-51b Power Helmet was done on purpose, and has a lore explanation, since the helmet was meant to represent the "friendly face of the American Military." It's the same reason the Enclave helmets have a penalty to Charisma.

   Enclave power armors are actually upgraded variant of the older power armors from Fallout 2. They were modified in Raven Rock.

      But they look so terrible/downgraded.. then again, that's what mods are for.

      That is were our opinions collide, I prefer Fallout 3 Enclave power armor rather than Fallout 2' one. And if they look bad to you doesn't mean that they are worse or terrible. They are actually much better than the old ones lore-wise.

   Hey, it seems when downloading using the mod manager, the download fails to complete... this is what i seen. "Error registering this mod: T-51b Restoration - T51b RestorationError: Access to the path is denined."
