This mod was created not only to learn more about modding with the GECK, but also to correct a flaw in the otherwise wonderful Fallout 3 that bugged me as soon as I got the T-51b power armor from Fort Constantine. It simply increases the Strength of the user by 3 (as well as carry weight by 50, i because Strength doesn't increase carry weight as much as it did in Fallout 1 and 2. In addition, with the helmet (which no longer gives an anomalous Charisma bonus), the suit gives a total radiation resistance of 30, like the original. Note that this does not modify or improve any other power armors in the game, as the Brotherhood/Outcast/Generic power armors in the game are T-45d, not T-51b, and thus can be however they want, as T-45d power armor doesn't appear in the original games. In addition, the Enclave power armors are crappier, prototype versions, and not the kickass Advanced power armors that appeared in Fallout 2 (which were all destroyed or stationed in Navarro), and thus get a free pass to be however they want. It should go without saying that this mod is most recommended for those who want Fallout 3 to be as accurate to the original games as possible, seeing as this is the only time that they diverge in terms of basic facts. The issue just kept bothering me, so I eventually decided to just fix it. Enjoy!
An Operation: Anchorage version for the Winterized Power Armor should be coming shortly, as soon as I get around to buying the DLC is now out!
