    Alright, that didn't work. No weedy in the lootz or vendors. But when following LordEmm's instructions from his comment below I rummaged around in FO3Edit. I never got the Pack of Mary Jane Cigarettes, not in any lootz nor in any shop or traveling vendor, even before I installed the Sack of Weed patch, which made me curious.

    I looked into the levelled list entries, and discovered that the BLTCMaryJanePack, the object supposed to be replaced by the Sack of Weed, is not listed in any of them. I tried to add it manually, but made some dumb mistake since I have no real clue how to do that in FO3Edit. Screwed me game royally, now I have to make a fresh install.

    If anybody can give a little advice on how exactly I would go about adding this one entry to the levelled lists, it would be much appreciated. I can't seem to find a tutorial or manual that explains this specific action in a fashion I can understand.

    Edit: Nevermind, I got a bit deeper into FO3Edit's functionality, especially how to NOT SAVE changes you made accidentally^^. But anyways, seems my assumption was right about the pack of mary cigs not being in any leveled list. Now that I understand the concept, Doc Hoff always has a baggy of the mary for me^^.

    Original Author forgot to master BLTC.esp to this "emergency patch". Just open in FO3Edit, add bltc.esp as master and change the formIDs to the proper one from BLTC (xx052D17 - where the xx stands for the load order number). You also will have to fix the two effects associated with the sack to their correct BLTC formIDs, which is easily done by just dragging them over.

    FormID of "Mary Cigarettes", as BLTC calls them, is xx0057F7 and for the whole pack/sack it is xx052D17 (where the xx is the load order number). BLTC already the proper cigarette form, this just changes the look of the pack/sack (if fixes are implemented).

      Could you please elaborate on how I do that exactly? Just getting into FO3Edit, don't wanna mess anything up...
       
      Edit: Alright, being the impatient man that I am, I just went ahead and fiddled a bit with FO3Edit, apparently successfully.
      Haven't tested wether or not the stuff shows up in loot or vendor menues, but I can access it via console and it shows up with the right name in my inventory and outside with the right texture. It even seems to work with the Light Up That Cigarette mod.
       
      So for all other code-illiterates struggling with this like meself, here's what I did step by step:
       
      -Placed The WeedSackPatch plugin right below the main BLTC plugin in my load order
       
      -In FO3Edit, right-clicked the WeedSackPatch plugin, selected 'Add Masters', then selected the BLTC main plugin
       
      -to be honest, about this I'm not sure, can't quite trace back my steps on this after a bunch of in-game testing and a short break, so this might not be all correct^^. Anyone in the know, please correct me if so.
       I think I right clicked the WeedSackPatch plugin, selected 'Renumber FormIDs from' and went ahead, even though I didn't know what I was doing and it warned me^^. But I did change the Form ID to 15052d17 (with the first two numbers '15' being BLTCs number in my load order) as LordEmm suggested above
       
      -since I could not drag anythin around in FO3Edit, I went into the 'Ingestible' tabs of BLTC main plugin and the WeedSackPatch plugin, and after some careful observation found the BLTC MaryJanePack in both
      -In those tabs, I found the Effects section LordEmm spoke about in his post above, and in that section, found some differences, i.e. a bunch of stuff that was missing in the Patch. Now, I guess this might vary from installation to installation. So I won't list every change I made, but how I did it:
       
      By right-clicking on the entries that are different, like
       
        WithdrawalSativex "THC Withdrawal" [SEPL:15001558]
       
      you'll get a small pop up menu, and can select an 'Edit' function.
      No go to the BLTC main plugin ingestible tab, copy the entries that you found missing missing or erroneous in the WeedSackPatch plugin and paste them there.
       
      I did QuickAutoClean it afterwards, made the mandatory merged patch, activated that, and it seems to work so far. Now I'll sleep a while, let the traders reload their stuff and see if Big Worm comes around in his icecream truck^^. Will edit this if it actually works.
       
      Anyone modding this game must have a high tolerance for frustration!
