Thanks for this, the perk in itself was nice, but the fact that he only shows up if the enemy has less then x amount of health and the player does x amount of damage is too much of a condition, add the 10% to it and you have a very low chance of ever having him aid you,
way better if the minimum damage cap is lowered and the health cap is just ignored entirely.
I was looking for a mod that made the Mysterious Stranger chance more worthwhile and this is it. I Don't understand anything related to modding but do you think there's a way to make the chance based on your luck? Like 2*Luck?
@SangRahl - I agree with what you're saying. Unfortunately, My abilities are limited to Chance, HP requirement, and damage requirement (for XP). If anyone knows which registry i should edit, i'd be glad to look into it. =]
This is pretty cool... Now, having a version where his weapon doesn't do 6000 damage with every shot would really make me perk up. A guaranteed 50dam per round @ 100% accuracy should take down just about any but the most massive of foes (and having him down a Behemoth for you is just too much, anyways... heheheh).
