I guess you have downloaded the plugin named "SanctuaryHills"? If so open your Fallout3 folder and drop the plugin in the Data folder. Start the game as administrator with the FalloutLauncher and tick the new plugin within Data Files in the startup menu! Voila! Good Luck with your gaming!!
Using the G.E.C.K. tool you can fairly easily make a hill -and all other landscapes you'd need- i've made countless weapon mods for personal use - never changed textures to something i've made myself as that's still beyound my skillz! xD but i pulled the Infiltrator out of hiding in Fallout New Vegas (its in the game files - just cant wringle my mind around the scope that's not working! hehe)
explore the G.E.C.K. tool - its a great tool in my opinion - nomatter what others might think!
Yeah the G.E.C.K. is a great tool (even with the sometimes annoying controls) I'll have to check out a few tutorials before i mess around with the terrain too much.
Thanks and will do, im new to Fallout and I was going to make my own instead of editting Tranquility Lane but I cant find any open spaces for me to work.
