   I wouldnt call it Rivet City FIXED since that is kind of misleading rename it maybe to Empty Rivet city or something simillar.

   I am not meaning to offense, dude... but what is the point of delete even NPC that are part of some quest and vendors too? It would be more useful to duplicate the cell, delete all in the new cell and make it part of another deck of RC. And any modder would have a completly empty space to fill without erasing anything. It is just my opinion.

    If only the deck stuff was removed and not all the main story characters, then this could be useful.
