Godawful mod. Absolute piece of junk. I wish ppl wouldn't waste my time like this, but unfortunately I have to sift through a truckload of scrap before I can find a half decent FO3 mod on here these days.
Finally came back round to starting this mod again and did some looking on that error found how to fix it.
For if you have dual processors.
1) open your NVidia control panel 2) under the left waterfall menu, expand "3D settings" 3) select "Manage 3D settings" 4) in the right pane, select the "Program Settings" tab 5) for #1, click on "Add" 6) goto where you installed the GECK (for me, I put it in my Fallout3 directory), and chose the "geck.exe". 7) for #2, select "High-performance NVIDIA processor". leave everything under #3 as is, and click on "Apply" in the bottom right corner.
Lorewise The cheyenne mountain and norad itself contained vault zero and served as HQ for the calculator`s army in tactics. it was ravaged by the midwest brotherhood of steel and served as its main bunker for a while, in time the midwest bos began to weaken and fragment, losing most of its bunkers ... least according to whats cannon in the story.
Hey everyone this is my very fist mod and I am extremely happy that you like it. so far I have put around 6-7 hours of work in. ultimately I want this mod to become a whole new world space for every to explore, adventure and have fun in. If you want to collaborate in building new areas or anything in general contact me through the nexus site itself.
I like your concept. If you need any help with details about the area, feel free to ask. I live nearby the site and can recon the any part you need to make this mod reach its full potential. I can also build areas if needed. I good with layout, but not decoration.
Thank you for willing to help. I will need information on getting the scale right such as how long certain roads should be so everything does not feel too cramped or too far apart. Also what would you be willing to build ?

Should work now.

Something there might help.
What is the difference (other than size) between the two files listed for your mod? They have the same name and no version number.
The small file is the empty world at the beginning of the build and the larger file has everything you see in the images in the world
