As you can see even if I used different user-made textures and meshes (they wern't those from FNV ones, I can asure that), they have blocked those downloads. So now everyone must use the methd described, or donwload user-made textures and meshes somewhere else. Sorry for the inconvinience.
Yea, I was pretty irritated, but we live and learn. Sorry that was the case, as I know it makes the installation process SOOO much easier to understand, and for the author to explain. good luck!
For everyone who had problems with the Pipboy clipping through the left sleeve's armor plating, I think I may have found the solution to your problems.
These directions will assume that you have properly followed the mod author's installation instructions.
You'll need to find and download the latest copy of Nifskope. Open it and find the mesh for the coat, which should be in your Fallout 3 "Data" folder, located in its installed directory, under:
Data>Meshes>nvdlc04>armor>nvdlc04riotgeararmor
Using Nifskope, open the mesh file "nvdlc04riotgeararmoroutfitc.nif" (You may want to backup this file just in case you flub something)
Next, in the block details pane in the lower left hand side of the Nifskope window, look for a drop-down list entry titled "Strings".
In this list, you will need to look for two entries: "pipboyon:0" and "pipboyoff:0" (Without quotation marks).
For each of these entries, double-click on their names to edit their values so the entries will now read only as "pipboyon" and "pipboyoff" (Again, without quotation marks).
Once you've done so, save and replace the original mesh. That should fix all of your Pipboy armor sleeve clipping issues.
The pipboy clipping can easily be fixed with nifscope. FNV adds a 0 to the "pipboy on:" texture string. FO3 doesn't know what to do with it. Just open the armor's mesh in nifscope and delete the number zero from the texture string for anything related to "pipboy on".
I learned that the hard way after banging my head against the wall trying to get FNV's Remnant armors imported. They work great now.
Sorry if i'm asking this question to late or if is already answered, i have both Fallout 3 and New Vegas in my Steam account but ¿do i really need to have both installed? I’m asking because a have no interest in playing New Vegas and I have little space left in my hard drive.

PS: @999333555 was right... but it is a bit suspicious, I reply his message, next day they block my files... JK

Without the "c" after "helmet"
