12/20/18: By reports of multiple users I urge you DON'T MERGE Clarity with Wrye Bash or other merging tools as it causes pitch black interiors.
EDIT: Lol another update, 2.3 neutralizes the pip-boy lantern when you hold down the pipboy button. If you don't use a green hud then why is the light green???
New version up: 2.2 including a Dark Nights edition.
Added a missing Weather entry and a few ImageSpace entries. Removed an identical to master record. Dark Nights basically sets the Weather and ImageSpace Modifiers associated with nights to 50% of their values after neutralization. Feels a little more immersive at night, but you should still be able to see. Added by request, I haven't tested it yet but it should work the exact same as it does in New Vegas AKA awesome.
Merging Clarity in Wrye Bash seems fine on my end. I am also using Clarity - UUF3P Patch at Fallout 3 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com). Not sure if it's the reason that fixes the issue. Maybe the users in 2018 were using UUF3P without such a patch and UUF3P was reverting some of Clarity's changes causing black interiors.
No ETA unfortunately. I've been busy with IRL things and I don't have New Vegas installed at the moment. The only thing that I could tell you is that if I get around to it, it will come out probably before Fallout 4 because as soon as that drops I won't see the Capital Wasteland or the Mojave for a loooooooong time
I've also ran into the issue of areas where the green tint removal didn't work, for anyone passing by the comments and looking another way of removing the green tint globally, try using reshade -> tonemap shader -> set defog color to 0,255,0 (pure green) then defog to 0.004 - 0.010, adjust to you'r liking, i'm using 0.009
Using reshade allows the use of weather mods and realistic interior lighting.
I love this mod! It works very well, though sometimes I still run into areas with a green tint, but tbh I prefer dealing with that instead of default pitch-black nights.
I hated how weather mods were too bright/didn't fit and left some areas still fucking green, the games weather was fine it just needed to rid itself of that green glow
After finishing Fallout 3 a few times, and playing for ungodly amounts, this mod just restored my impetus. Playing under the duress of a radiated world is all great, for a few playthroughs. After a while, the green tint just was getting in the way of my fun. Play the game with the green tint if you have never played it, for it does add a proper feeling of harshness and oppresiveness to the wastelander's existence, but once you are done, give this mod a try because it will renew your love for the end of times. Perfect lightning and coloring to my taste. Thank you very much creator person. :D
Great mod. The best one of these tint removers. But in my opinion, some of the interiors have too much red tint in them. Outside colors are great and not tiresome on the eyes, but interior lighting hit or miss for me. Still better than pitch black Fellout. This is why after all of those mods i've decided to stick to vanilla. Sure, green can be annoying sometimes, but it has integrity behind it and consistency.

I really love the Green Tint Removal, but I also love Realistic Interior Lighting :(
