   Very nice, and lovely made.
   The bunker have all the amenities and is very cosy and comfortable.

   i like is one ALOT. but i like the New Vegas version you made a lil better,,, the armpr rack from this one would be great to add to the new vegas one tho... but i just feel the new vegas one is in a little nore secret location is all

   It looks nice. Keeps crashing the game during startup though, only mod to do that so far. I think I'm failing at some requirement or I don't know what is wrong. I downloaded and installed manually, which usually works for other mods. Is there something I may need or I'm missing?

      Yeah that's what I was wondering. It needs broken steel to start up but it needs all the dlc and patch 1.7 for it to work perfectly. Either way it looks and feels amazing, probably the best I've seen so far. I'm glad I finally got to experience it. My only suggestion is that it would also be pretty cool if you made one near springvale. All in all great house mod, honestly.

      I have another house mod located in springvale hence why I put one near rivet city.

   This is the perfect safehouse for my mercenary character. I love it and it will play a huge part in my next playthrough. Thanks a bunch. Endorsed.
