This is a very atmospheric thing. It's a pity that there are very few such effects. I've been using these textures in my game for a long time, although I decided to write a comment, only now. What else to add... This is an integral part of my Fallout world. Approved. Already in the collection. Thank you for your time and work.
May I ask why? In my opinion (the general consensus?) FONV (especially it's DLC, most notably Dead Money) are much better written, voice acted, and scripted better than FO3 by miles.
I am actually replaying FO3 now, so I obviously enjoy it a lot ... it's got that "dark/horror" vibe going on that i suppose NV doesn't have too much - but Skyrim isn't a horror game either, and that game is very good : )
What an existential question! I can only answer for myself but I completely understand Tesvixen's preference. Bethesda's games tend to allow the player to improve the game world. Obsidian, at least as evinced in FONV, requires the world to fall two steps back for each step forward. Their philosophy appears to be "No good deed goes unpunished".
I agree that the game mechanics and detail work are better in FONV but dark games with a depressing world view are not Bethesda's strong suit. That's why games like FONV and Dishonored don't have GOTY editions.
that looks good. Once I download this would I be seeing mist like this in all the sewer? Does it show up anywhere else? Also does it show up in Point lookout?
This is really nice. I'm already using the FNV version in F3 and its a subtle but noticeable difference, making for better ambience. I'll download this version as well, so I can endorse it.

Thank you for the retextures by the way, Adoni7.

Last but not least - Thanks - Endorsed.
