   This was a nice fix. Even though I don't use FWE anymore (I gave up on it), I used this mod and it worked well. Thank you for the merged version as well!

   Okay I've played through so many times people think I'm crazy (seriously like at least 50 playthroughs where I've gotten characters up to 20+ level).
   
   I always play with FWE. I've never I repeat never found the scoped hunting rifle. I've heard people mention it's in the leveled lists for Raiders but I've killed at least a thousand Raiders by now and never seen it.
   
   I'm going to have to crack open FO3Edit and see what there is to see.

      Hi, I'm currently 17 hours in and already seen 2 of them, maybe you have problems with leveled lists?
