Rivet City Reborn 1.0 by Clgseed
[Date Released]
05\21\2015
[Details]
This mod adds (5) No Low Level Processing Kids that are sandboxing inside the aft hangar; (1) Kid that follows James and has his own package and schedule; (2) Mechanics and (2) Custodians that has their own packages and schedules;
(19) No Low Level Processing NPCs that are sandboxing inside the aft hangar; (6) RC SAF Operatives that has their own package and schedules and which (1) of them are guarding the barracks, (2) of them are at the firing range and (3) of them running around.
Adds (6) Rivet Security sandboxing and patrolling inside the aft hangar; (4) Additional Rivet Security that patrols the ship; (7) Merchants that has different inventories all are with generic voiced dialogues with different packages and schedules and (2) of the merchants have their missus with them.
Added new armor, clothing, notes, terminals, eye wears, collectables that are all balanced and some has minor issued that has been addressed like missing normal maps, pipboy icons and weird names. (4) new interior Cells all are fixed of item overlaps, or seam texture problems and are fully navmeshed and fully cluttered.
Cleaned and organize state of Rivet City with additional doors and lightings which are all placed properly and should not be floating. Schedules and packages has been thoroughly tested and should work. As of the initial release I have removed Rivet City Underwork because of not having the permission to add it
and it would take me a long time to edit it to make it companion friendly. Also removed is the Dad's Rivet City Room, even though I already have the permission to use it, I decided that the Dtom's Apartment is ample enough for a player room and there is no point to add another one, Kudos to Curmudgeon for his
awesome work though. The market place has been cleaned and all stalls properly placed and cluttered. Added new fighter planes on the flight deck along with tweaked navmeshes. There should be no dirty edits and undeleted entries on this mod.
I had done some extensive testing and all works at it should be. But as I am human I might have missed a few things.

Warning: This mod should only be used by players who can use F03Edit and should know things about resolving conflicts. I strongly urge newbie users not to download this mod! I emphasize on the word "URGE" but if you still want to download I can't stop you.
If you don't know things like archiveinvalidation then this mod will only make your game unstable. I'm sorry for being rude but, please newbie don't download this. Also note that this adds a lot of npcs that should slowdown your computer if it is below my system specs.

F03Edit/GECK After compiling the mods, I made sure:
* Conflicts was sorted out.
* Removed duplicates.
* Removed identical to master.
* Recompiled scripts.
* Fixed GECK warnings.
* Checked for floating objects.
* Removed unnecessary entries and changes not relating to Rivet City.
* Made my tweaks and fixes.
* Generated all Normal Maps
* Trial and Error until Schedules and Packages worked.
All textures are checked and was processed on DDSOPT to shrink the sizes and hopefully be helpful for lower end machines. Also all missing normal maps on all items have been created by me.
This mod is cleaned, thoroughly checked and should be conflict free and changes pertain only to Rivet City. Made sure no navmesh has been deleted. The only edit I made was to move some vertexes and added some triangles.
