Just been looking through the pictures and description, and I've already noticed a few problems.
A couple of the most important questions you can ask yourself when working with fiction are "Why?" and "How?". You need to ask yourself "Why would there be a pristine house next to a junkyard when the world around it has been burned to ash by atomic blasts?". Perhaps it had travelled forward in time due to a scientist or engineer finishing a time machine just as the bombs were about to hit. Perhaps said scientist/engineer was also an avid collector of firearms and melee weapons. They may have also made some weapons, too. These are just suggestions but such things can really solidify such things in the world and help with immersion.
Another problem I saw was that there was a lack of focus on the custom weapons you mentioned. You could go into detail about some of said weapons, what do they have to offer as part of the players arsenal? Do they have any drawbacks or quirks? Such answers can help the player see what they think about the weapon pack/mod and whether they want to download it.
The only other problem I can see so far is that everything is so neat and tidy. Mechanically neat and tidy. Since it was doomsday, people would have looting and buying food and other supplies in bulk, meaning that stores would have sold/lost most of their stock faster than they could replace it. And after the war, raiders and other survivors may have looted what's left. You could justify the neatness and stock by having a robot that may have worked at one of these stores to be still active, protecting the shop and keeping it in ship-shape condition in case any customers with a "101" stitched onto their backs wander in.
That should be it for now (good grief, I wrote a lot) but this should help you to flesh out your mod and give them a reason for people to check it out.
