   If there is a back story, I'd say Fawkes cleaned up the room for himself after the events of whatever.

   loving your room simple and "ghoul style"... but i have a request, could you connect it to this mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/20815/?) removing the room from that and replace it with your's??

      That was pretty much my thoughts too. Playing with FWE makes things a tad harder and I need stash/resupply points and underworld seemed like a natural spot.
