There's not much to say it's really just a small room/house outside of the Underworld concourse that provides the basics. The house is navmeshed so you could bring a follower in if you wanted but the space is small so bringing in more than one follower is done at your own risk.

The house includes the following.

• Infirmary
• Water
• refrigerator
• ammo storage
• other storage
• well rested player bed
• radio
• chem set
  

That's about it really, there's no back story as to how it got there so use your imagination. Honestly I made this and figured I should upload it before I forget and it never happens. If you're looking for something bigger or more interesting you can either check out my other mod or wait for me to finish my next mod that's in development. I hear its a bunker outside Rivet City.
