Considering that she was apparently modified into a cyborg, then she wouldn't have aged much, if at all, past her changed. Since we were never told when that happened, we can assume it happened at any age.
i don't know why? but faces of all ur versions ' re different from posted pics. thinner lips, another shape of eyes... but stilll rather hot. the problem, i think, is that i used project beauty. now it's not active, but still not installed. and also use merged esp of fook 2, MMM and a huge pack of mods which don't change the look of npc. i'll try to download pics of what i have in game.
I'm having a problem with this file and with your edit of Clover, in that the skin colour for the body doesn't change with the head, so I still have the old skin colours for both characters.
Forgot to mention... I'm using your custom races and such mod but only the heads, though I tried putting the bodies in there too and it didn't change anything, so I went back to using the textures from the V3 pack with the HD update applied.
After turning on and off my mods like crazy till I found the culprit, I think I know why this is now... Broken Steel seems to break it.
