I think it would be nice if FO3Edit had an option to run at priority level 6. I am using Little Boy . I don't know about you but I like to do other things while FO3Edit is busy applying a filter. A wave completion sound would be a very nice touch as well.
Until such functionality is available I will be using octopod Process Master to automatically keep FO3Edit nice and genital on my system resources. I know I could also make a Batch file "start /I /BELOWNORMAL FO3Edit.exe" as well but I like Little Boy.
id also love MUM as an option! Otherwise: Looks Great! *edit*
Well this does not work to well with Vista and UAC. I have FO3 installed on a different drive then Windos so that is not the problem. When I start LB it wants UAC authorisation. it seems to then link to everything as admin. As my main user on the PC is not admin the changes I do here do not refelct for my game under my main user. For example when I launch through LB all the saves are gone. they aer not gone thy are under my user folder of course, and not in the admin folder where it seems to look. so sadly, canĀ“t use this :-/ And no, turning off UAC is not an option as I realized i would have to reinstall loads of stuff that did not work properly afterwards when I tried it once. Too bad :-(
Thats certainly interesting logic. If every car is right hand drive, and you come across one thats left, you are likely to accidentally get in the passenger side first... In other words, going against what is considered the norm, you are more likely to do something other than the intended action.
Anyway. I'd like to re-request the same as the user before me. An option for Master Update and Master restore, as MUM is something that needs to be run every time one installs a new plugin or edits one in GECK (Unless you are running pre-1.5.)
