Not a bad idea, but I can tell you from looking at your screenshots that this looks nothing at all like Todd Howard. For one thing Todd Howard doesn't have a beard. So not to be mean or anything but you really need to work on making him look more like the real Todd Howard and once you do that I might give this a try.
