      If you mean the backpack's mesh that's well beyond my skills, I'm just a numbers/game system guy.
      
      But I kinda like the fact that Ivanov's backpack is so huge. :-)
      
      There are at least two more backpack mods (Better Backpacks and the Dragonskin Bonus files) on the Nexus that may better suit your preferences. They feature smaller packs.

      Yes I know by I like the model of this one it is very beautiful and after few hours of play I notice that it is very nice to be big
