My Old Tub - Boat Player Home

ABOUT THIS MOD:
This mod adds a new home for the player. It is located at Rivet City, next to the
parking lot close to the broken bow. Inside the boat you will find everything you would need for a player
home. The key to the boat is located close by where the boat is. If you can't
find it, look in the notepad titled: Key Location
REQUIRED ESM's:
Fallout3.ESM, Anchorage.ESM, BrokenSteel.ESM, ThePitt.ESM, Point Lookout.ESM, Zeta.ESM
COMPATIBILITY:
This mod should not conflict with any other mod, unless it places something close to, or on the location of
the boat.
KNOWN ISSUES:
None that are known of. If you find any please report them to me.
INSTALLATION:
Drag the Data folder into your Fallout 3 folder or use a mod manager like
Nexus Mod Manager or Fallout Mod Manager, check the box next to
My Old Tub - Boat Player Home, start the game.
UNINSTALLATION:
Remove any items you may have stored inside the boat, then make sure you're not
inside the boat and save. Go into data files folder and delete
My Old Tub - Boat Player Home.
CREDITS:
Give credit where credit is due. I made this mod entirely on my own.
So please if you would like to modify anything in this mod,
include my name in the readme as the original creator.
