THIS MOST LIKELY WILL NOT HAPPEN. YOU ARE LIKELY GONNA SEE A 10-20 FPS INCREASE WITH THIS MOD.
Other things this mod does and what did I do to make it happen
THIS MOD IS OFFICIALLY DEAD. I HAVE MOVED ON TO DIFFERENT PROJECTS. I MADE THIS MOD WHEN I WAS 13 SO OF COURSE ITS NOT PERFECT. I HAD A BAD PC AT THE TIME AND I COULD BARELY RUN THIS GAME SO I MADE A MOD THAT WORKED FOR ME. SORRY IF IT DOESN'T FOR YOU. I know I said I would release many versions of this mod however, I have moved on to larger projects on Skyrim and New Vegas.
I have to give a shout out to fallout stutter remover for inspiring me because I tried it out and it did not work ,so that is why i made this. THIS IS NOT A JAB AT THE CREATOR OF THAT MOD, IT JUST DID NOT WORK FOR ME SO I TRIED TO CREATE A BETTER VERSION. WHETHER IT IS OR NOT IS UP TO YOU.

Other things this mod does and what did I do to make it happen
- I removed the 30,000 little rocks in the game that are completely unnecessary. You will see no difference.
- Removed fire barrels
- Removed anything under the map barrels,clocks,beams, even some buildings, Don't really know what Bethesda was thinking when they added that stuff lol.[,/*]
- When enemies run they leave by a barely visible dust trail, this removes that.
