   I would like to try this mod, but FO3Edit and LOOT can't load its esp.
   Anyone else got this problem?

   Aside from the Niner mod for New Vegas, this is my favorite mod of all time - and I've got *a lot* of mods. Thank you for making this! The car launcher had me dying laughing.
